When Can You Request an Exchange or Return?

We gladly accept exchanges or returns under the following circumstances:

 Wrong Product Delivered – If you received an item different from what you ordered.
 Defective or Damaged Product – In case of manufacturing defects, fabric shrinkage, color fading, or damage caused during transit (due to our error).
 Product Not as Described – If the product significantly differs from its online description or images.

 Change of Mind – We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference changes.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

1. Report within 7 Days

You have 7 days from the delivery date to notify us about any issues.

Please provide:

·         Your Order Number

·         Images/Video of the defective or incorrect product

3. Return the Product

·         Pack Securely – Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, warranty cards, and manuals).

·         Self-Arrange Courier – Return the product via a traceable courier service (customer’s responsibility).

·         Ship to Our Address – Send it to the address mentioned on your Cash on Delivery (COD) slip.


Important Return Conditions

🔹 Original Packaging Required – Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories.
🔹 No Used/Altered Items – We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or modified.
🔹 Return Shipping Cost – The customer bears the return shipping charges.
🔹 Refund Processing Time – Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.


What’s Not Covered under Exchange/Return?

⚠️ Slight Color Variations – Minor shade differences due to screen settings or lighting are not considered defects.
⚠️ Minor Stitching Imperfections – Small stitching variations may occur during manufacturing and do not qualify for returns.
⚠️ Orders Already Shipped – Once dispatched, cancellations or exchanges cannot be processed.
